You may be aware that 10% of the population is considered to be dyslexic. Dyslexia may affect an individual in a number of ways causing difficulties with words, whether written or spoken, as well as organisation, time management and memory.
Not all these effects are negative but they will certainly impact on how an individual acquires learning. Dyslexics tend to have a different learning style and often think 'out of the box'.
Dyslexia friendly teaching and training methods are considered suitable and advantageous for all learners. Our organisation offers awareness training so that you can meet the needs of ALL learners by becoming aware of the 'reasonable adjustments' that can be made to enhance learning, not just for the dyslexic but also for every individual in the group.
'Dyslexia Awareness' - this can include Dyspraxia and Dyscalculia
'Differentiation in the Classroom'
or other customised content to meet the needs of your group. The training is both positive and practical.
